It is excruciating the first few times, honestly a bit every time until you settle. I think that's the point oh how much pain we cary, and I'm not joking, it help me to have my legs lifted at a 90 degrees. I can find everything wrong and breath and relax and shift muscles to help it happen. I don't stay there forever but I do visit it about four times a day now. I can tell when sitting or activity has ruined it. If these are horrible suggetion other people, please don't yell at me, no one else has suggested anything else yet.
