Not a dermatologist, but when I was pregnant, I used trilastin cream, 4 containers over the 10 months and my stretch marks were very minimal. Still there, but not insanely bad. I know they say stretch marks are genetic, but my mom has terrible terrible stretch marks so I do believe the trilastin helped a lot.
