It certainly seemed to. I think it was least partially responsible for my improved results. My surgeon also used a different technique, leaving more "space" for the fat to develop blood supply. I used something very similar to these. You'll probably want the 120ml, but measure to be sure. I combined them with a brake system pump like this one. The pressure gauge is important. I combined it with some tubing and one-way check valves. I happened to already have most of that stuff from working on cars in the past but none of it is hard to find or very expensive. I combined it with some OTC estriol cream, which based on my research stimulates glandular development (estriol is very high during pregnancy). I don't know which of all these things did the trick, and also I'm a sample size of one, but something about the combination gave real results. About once or maybe twice a week, pump until your boobs get red/flushed. Let them stay that way for up to an hour, enough to let the stretch as much as they want to. It won't take any longer. If they get bruised or you start getting stretch marks, you've gone too far! Wait a full week before you try again and lower the pressure next time. After some trial and error to figure out the sweet spot for your body, the pressure gauge will let you make it the same every time. You're NOT stretching them out, I figured out. Rather, I think why it works is that the pumping causes micro damage, which stimulates the bodies' natural healing process, which stimulates tissue growth. Then you want to relax for a few days and let them heal. Similar to how microneedling works, if you want to look that up. There are also several studies about pre-expansion increasing fat graft survival rate, but I don't think the expansion is the key, I think it's the tissue stimulation. Anyway, repeat for several months. Stop about 3 weeks prior to surgery, you want to be fully healed for the procedure.
