Foundation is a masterpiece, so you definitely started with the best! You can actually find "The Last Question" online and read it in about 20 minutes, it's totally worth it. And thank you for mentioning Shroud—I'm adding it to my own reading list right now based on your reaction! I really appreciate your openness to supporting indie authors, it honestly means the world to us. My book is called The Quantum Host: The First Node. I am a Spanish author, so the book was originally written in Spanish (which makes perfect sense, as the story is set in a forgotten Spanish village!). However, I've personally put a lot of care and work into the English edition to ensure it captures the exact tone and atmosphere of the original, so you don't have to worry about a clunky internet translation! Just a quick heads-up: it's the first book of a trilogy. The good news is that the entire story is already written! That same careful editing and translation process is exactly why I'm taking my time polishing Book 2 right now, which will be out in a month and a half or two months tops. It's on Kindle Unlimited, but also available in paperback and hardcover. Here is the link to the English edition: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0H2673R3C If you do end up checking it out, I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts on how the human/AI consciousness merging plays out in the story. Enjoy the recommendations!
