For those who are as lost as I was: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squash_(drink) This isn’t a thing in the US AFAIK, I’ve never seen it. There’s frozen juice but that doesn’t sound right, and you can get flavored drink syrups (like those Torani bottles baristas have).
