It could be as simple as the build plate. The one that came with my new(ish) P1S is terrible for ASA. There's about a 50/50 chance that I lose the print when using it. Meanwhile, I bought this no name brand PEI plate from Amazon for $11 last week and it has been flawless. 35x ASA prints on it thus far and haven't lost one. I also have an old Bambu plate that I keep on hand for ASA too. I spray that one with a coat of cheap hairspray and it also does the job well.
