My husband walks on our treadmill for 30 minutes a day while listening to his audio books. He also does some light dumbbell work outs. I think a basic treadmill would suffice! We get those button feeler things so he can feel where to push for “start” and “stop” and where to push for incline and speed. If you can’t see it yourself, get a trusted friend or family member to help you apply the buttons so you can do it on your own. I get the buttons on Amazon: https://a.co/d/02BUjx3g I’d look on Facebook marketplace - I always see people trying to get rid of working treadmills for free. See if you can get them to deliver it and set it up for you for a fair price or get a trusted family member or friend to do it. For the dumbbell workouts or anything of that sort - he just finds videos of workouts he’d like to try on Facebook reels and tik tok and saves them. You can find beginner videos and do what you can and then improve from there. Separate out the body by days - arm/shoulder/back day, legs/glute day, and core day. Repeat twice in a week.
