I agree with others about going to a urologist or neurologist. I go to both and have a Spastic Bladder, but when I get migraines I frequently have to pee. I wear incontinence products and they aren't as bad as you'd think. I will say they get hot in the summer, but I can usually make it to the bathroom. I also wanted to share this urinal option.
