Personally I think you aren’t getting the look you want because of parchment paper. That is awful stuff if you want a consistent surface without wrinkles. A full melt on both sides is hard to achieve. There are two products I can suggest based on my own work, which is full melt on one side, glossy partial melt on the back side. These teflon sheets will give you a beautiful full melt on one side with a nice texture. The beads adhere to the paper while your ironing, so no wrinkles or double texture like when the parchment paper shifts: https://a.co/d/0bx2LEej A tip for the Teflon sheet is to periodically hold it up to the light so you can see when your holes are all closed. Then for the backside I use acetate sheets and melt until they are flat but still see circles. It goes fast. Of course you can get a nice glossy full melt on one side with this but I haven’t mastered a full melt on both sides yet: https://a.co/d/0h3JhyQa With the acetate, I put a piece of parchment on top of the acetate to make the iron glide over it. This is nice to work with because you can see through it. I do use tape to get them off the board. But I use this micropore tape which allows it to breathe without poking holes: https://a.co/d/04H7HNbw When I iron, I start out on the Teflon sheet side, I hold the iron in one spot for a few seconds then pick it up and move it to another spot until I go over the surface once before I move the iron in circles over the top just to make sure everything starts to melt a little. Then I make little circles around the beads, turning the work every so often and move it over on the table a little so it doesn’t get too hot underneath. That’s how you get blowouts that you can’t fix. Then before everything is too melted I take the tape off. And continue on the teflon side until I see no holes. Then I turn it over, put the acetate on the other side and melt just a little to get it glossy. Then i put it under a heavy book and wait a few minutes. The acetate will come off on its own as it cools. You will get a satisfying peel when you peel off the Teflon sheet. This is my method and the results are very predictable once you figure out your technique. I love the final product with these tools. Happy fusing!

I Haaaate parchment! I agree that the teflon baking paper is king. I love the texture and rarely get blowouts if I don’t try to iron too fast. I don’t like to iron on my boards. Sometimes they don’t want to come off easily and I’m afraid of warping the boards. I use micropore surgical tape to free them: https://a.co/d/0fT2ezLV I saw it suggested somewhere so i gave it a shot. It breathes so you don’t have to poke holes. First I iron over the teflon, and when the beads are all stuck together I remove the tape. It comes off easily and without residue. I keep ironing over the teflon paper until I see no light when I hold it up to light. I go for full melt. And I like that the beads stick to the teflon paper so you don’t get any awkward wrinkles. Then I flip it over and iron with a sheet of acetate film so the other side gets shiny. It’s the best of both worlds, texture full melt on one side and shiny partially melted beads on the other. Cheers 🥂
This was in the 1990's. When you are under 18 you can't post photos. The forum I used is now online at:https://foreskinrestoration.vbulletin.net/ There is this sub-reddit for foreskin restoration:https://www.reddit.com/r/foreskin_restoration/ All you need to remember is very gentle pressure over time causes mitosis. (Cell division). What you'd do is take the same photo at the same angle once a month. Initially when viewed on a computer screen what you will see first is some wrinkles of skin forming. You can talk to your wife in terms of a woman's belly growing during pregnancy. Or you can search for videos of people undergoing treatment for extreme obesity. They have stomach reduction surgery (where the stomach is cut and made small). What is left is all the extra skin that grew as the person gained weight. Once their body weight is down they have skin reduction surgery. Essentially your tricking your penis to go through puberty for a second time. A lot of how long it takes comes down to how much foreskin remained after puberty. I was in the extreme case starting with nothing. There is a "CI index" guys talk about as their starting point you could search for. The 2 inch / 50mm "3M micropore paper tape" is for sale on Amazon in Canada and US:https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0082A9GS2https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0082A9GS2 Then you just need waxed paper and a suspender strap with alligator clips for the tugging. I wore boxer shorts while restoring my foreskin and used a handkerchief to prevent chaffing. I actually wore this to school each day with the strap going around my waist alternating tugging left or right every other day. Guys use a safety pin mid way down the suspender strap so when the tape looses its grip the strap doesn't hang down below their shorts and avoid creating an awkward situation. I took the step of tugging at night with the suspender strap going over my shoulder and attached to the back side of my boxer shorts. This only works because when I have night time erections my penis points directly at my face and it wasn't going to (for lack of a better term) break my penis. If you decide to try this do so when fully awake first so you can feel if there is any pain. If you are feeling pain then you are using too much pressure. Ultimately with a foreskin you don't need to use lube unless using a vibrator. Sex will become more gentle and less painful for your wife. The foreskin gliding back and forth takes on the roll that lubrication uses in cut guys. It is just so important to remember that it is a slow process. A monthly photo on your computer will be the best encouragement to keep going. You will also see the glands of your penis change from being a leather like texture to becoming shiny and having pleasure as the glands becomes an internal organ again. Some men buy a "manhood" type of accessory to keep the penis glands sensitive once they start to feel pleasure for their foreskin restoration journey:https://manhoodcanada.com/ This is an 18+ group. On the basis that it is 18+ group I won't mind responding to private messages if you have questions. First you probably want to read over what I've typed a few different times to understand. Ultimately this becomes as mundane as brushing your teeth. It is essentially a math question: If you put in the hours tugging new foreskin will grow. It is just a slow and steady progress.
