Yeah, they all suck, it's literally what everyone on this sub says every time it comes up. The BE365 is one of the most reliable on the market, no one ever said it was a great lock, it's just one of the best of the bottom. The 365 should still work with your key, the 375 doesn't have a key so if the keypad starts to have issues, the lock is entirely useless. That being said I feel like COVID really marked a decline in production quality from Schlage (and pretty much every other product in existence) so they don't seem to be lasting quite as long. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if be365 from 2019 well outlast one from 2023. Whatever keypad lock you get will, with 100% certainly, fail on you which is why I only recommended models that have a key override. I already recommend against them on apartments and condos with only 1 door, like to a community hallway. At least when your lock fails, you can go try the back door. The problem is everyone is so hellbent on not carrying keys that they don't have a spare them anyway so they still get locked out. Now take a look at something like this and you'll see how truly shitty these can get, and there's much worse. This is $20 more than a BE365 but also had built in WiFi, Bluetooth, and a door sensor. Ask yourself do you think they used higher or lower quality components than a be365 to jam that many more features in for roughly the same price? Keypad locks are for a little more convenience in your daily life and that's about it. If you want something long term that is reliable, secure, and convenient, you need to be dropping a few thousand per door for proper access control, definitely on the higher side of that to get someone that will make it look not out of place on residential. The real solution is pony up real money or just carry a key, I genuinely don't get why that's such a big deal for so many people.
