That’s really the reason I did it. So much better having a mounted ladder, and since it’s not an A frame it takes up less room in the pool. It’s 48” but the ladder is adjustable, basically it telescopes and you screw the parts together where it fits. The only complaint is the steps aren’t super flat they kinda pitch up in the center (I’d imagine for strength and grip) so they aren’t the most comfortable on the feet, like climbing an extension ladder in bare feet. I regret nothing tho, they feel super strong under my 200lb frame. https://a.co/d/0aXII4Ax
