I keep a roller ball version of ice hot on my tool cart. It doesn't solve the problem, but it makes my knuckles and wrists feel really good. Collagen supplements also helped a lot with my hands. I mix the powder in to my smoothies. I have Raynaud's and it helps with that, too.
