https://a.co/d/02jv5JiI Pretty sure that's the one I used first. Its a single bladed nipper that I put through some abuse. It's cheap but its good for learning and I got great use out of it. I now use their cheap double bladed for first cuts, and a fancier DSPIAE single bladed nipper for my final cut.

Honestly, a basic single blade nipper and a glass file will get you a long way. You will also need a basic hobby knife (i.e. an X-acto knife) and some tweezers for handling the smaller parts and stickers.
