No - the plungers are a closed circuit when the lid/doors are closed - any of them opening breaks the cirtcuit nd cuts the fan -- and not having them plugged in is the same, it's an open circuit. But you can bypass them - pull the harness off each switch, cut the end off and twist the wires together, or buy a package of the connectors on Amazon and make plug-in jumpers (I believe these are the ones I bought, haven't done the wiring yet)
