I can't say I'm an expert in uvc lights but you don't even need a great one, there are many affordable ones that work decently well. There is the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B2D72QF5?ref=clp_cat_p_7&th=1 So it will kill all/most germs on surfaces. Then you must open windows + ventilate, as there will be ozone like smell immediately after use. You must leave the space while it runs, and ofc use goggles and cover skin. You can't look directly at the light. So a unit with remote control I found very useful. Although if you have mold hidden away somewhere, underneath something, it can't reach a surface it can't "see" so best to put it in closets, move it around different rooms and disinfect as much as you can. Another note is white + light colors can fade with long term repeat use I think (like maybe 30, 50,100 times ?). But a few treatments per spot probably no worries, and occasional use after that and you can put a trash bag over any delicate electronics such as TV or computer as screens vulnerable to repeat use I think. (So black trash bags will block the UVC light I believe.). It's great for bathrooms, closets, carpets etc. But move items around, or cover if needed so you don't degrade any colors over long term use. (From my understanding, and what I did w TV + computer.) I did a few treatments in each room, which got rid of a lot of the odors I had here.
