I’ve been growing a sharry baby in an 80:20 sphagnum to orchid bark mix in a self watering pot and have really liked the mix/setup so far The roots have been growing like crazy, and watering it is super easy just adding to the bottom chamber and topping it up whenever its dry

How long did your flowers last? From the last time it bloomed I want to say they lasted for around 3 weeks for me before falling off, so not quite as long as the phals I was used to. I keep it in a 80:20 sphagnum moss to bark mix in a self watering pot. The sphagnum moss wicks up the water in the bottom reservoir keeping it moist and I refill it as it dries (so basically every day to every other day, it’s a crazy thirsty orchid) I swapped to a heavier sphagnum ratio and self watering pot after the bulbs kept shriveling in the heavier bark mix. Mine is in a north facing dormer window, so gets a few hours of both morning sun and evening sun. For fertilizer I use MaxSea fertilizer diluted weakly added once a week to the bottom reservoir. Hope some of these tips possibly help!
