Yessir, please trust me and dont over stress this, it wont do us any good. Currently taking hydrocodone after my first meal, and just doing 2 tylenols in the evening. No antibiotics which i was a bit confused about since its an open wound hahah, but so far so good. As for my routine after pooping, i dab it very gently with toilet paper, and then i use a peri bottle i bought - fill with warm water and a little bit of vashe wound cleaner, shake it up, and squirt it onto my bootyhole. Then i prep a warm bath and sit in there for about 15 minutes. My doc said no soap is needed, just warm water. I use a little bit of vashe like i said in my peri bottle for my own peace of mind hahah.
