The Toto Washlet G5A? That's a whole toilet with bidet seat. And expensive. First things first. Do you have a regular toilet, where the seat bolts on through holes on the top of the base? And is the base flat for a little bit behind the seat- not curving up to the tank in a one-piece style? You can get a bidet seat or a bidet that goes between the seat and the toilet. Get the bidet seat. Second, is there an outlet nearby? If not, you may find the non-electric ones very satisfactory (the water will usually not be too cold unless you've just flushed because it's been sitting in the indoors pipes). Third, is the opening to the bowl round or oval? There are bidet seats for each shape; you just have to know. Others will have good recommendations, but I have a Brondell Bidet Toilet Seat Non-Electric Swash Ecoseat for my elongated bowl. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0815CP9G5 Under US$100. I've had it for 5 years, no special cleaning (but it does detach if you need to clean it more. The nozzle self-cleans before and after each use.
