It's easy to reshape old vintage snapbacks, with a little practice you can have it down in no time. Give it a full detergent bath if it's dirty (or skip if it's not), then after drying put it on the shaping device of your choice. Either a custom made hat shaper like this guy sells or the cheaper 3D printed kind that you can find on Etsy... Hell even one of these inflatable joints would probably work Or if your budget is TRULY zero, then just rollup some towel(s) and pull the hat down over the end of your newly-fashioned towel-tube like she does in this video While it's on your shaper, iron out any wrinkles/creases/misshapen bits with a little steam from a handheld garment steamer. Finally, spray it with some -heavy- starch spray and let it dry in the sun. Voila, kickass "new" hat
