I own the Gearwrench GWSMARTBT. Its a bluetooth OBD2 transmitter that works with an app on the phone. Not as fast as a dedicated tablet but it comes with free lifetime updates and the feature list is impressive. It will do TCU relearn on most of the popular Subaru's as well.
