This is the link to the roaster I have, can fit comfortably 2 full packer briskets and is on clearance for $33. It also comes with a rack to lift the food off the bottom where the heating element might make it slightly hotter than the ambient temp. Just for warning, this roaster is specifically for smoked meats as even after washing, it continues to smell like smoked meat.
