That’s an odd situation, indeed. In my roughly 30 years of riding I’ve never come across this. It could be mental. There could be a physical element to it. Do you stretch and stay fit? Is it possible you’ve overdone it recently with riding and your muscles and fascia are tight and preventing full range of motion? If you can pinpoint a muscle or muscles that are feeling not all the way there you can look up stretches to relieve those. Also hard-core foam roller are great for loosening up fascia. For mental blocks, it’s all about staying focused and loose. As far as control points, these should be logged to muscle memory, supposing you have years of experience. Are you new? It’s good to nip this in the bud, at any rate - the longer a bad habit goes on the more difficult it will be to untrain. I’d recommend grabbing and digesting these two books. Total Control especially is relevant here; there’s a whole section on mental skills for focus and being in the zone. - [Proficient Motorcycling by David Hough](https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/proficient-motorcycling-david-l-hough/1101240736)- [Total Control by Lee Parks](https://www.amazon.com/Total-Control-Performance-Street-Techniques/dp/0760343446)
