Amazon link for pen and tips. There are other similar listings from different brands on there. I haven't seen any with just tips on Amazon, only AliExpress. Did you want something with a thicker neck? Then DAC or AliExpress might be your best bet. I don't know if tips like those have made their way to Amazon yet.

A game changer for me was upgrading to metal multiplacer that are thinner than the regular ones Eg https://a.co/d/097B38PH DAC has some too which are a bit high-end but do a great job. What also helps is to use the attachment which is flat and adjust the drills as and when they look misaligned. For smaller areas single placer or tweezers is the optimal way to go.
