Just for your setup - I have a mitopro300 and had the same issue, so I got this wire shelf and set it up basically like a mini tanning bed when I lay the light face-down and then lay underneath the shelf. I put a cervical traction pillow behind my head and usually do a 10-minute guided meditation or deep breathing exercise. It’s great!
