Don't give up! It took me a long time, but I'm a happy camper now. I have the AirSense 11 and a ResMed F20 full face mask. Play with the straps if you are getting air in your face. My straps are probably pretty tight, but the leak rate is generally under 1.5. At home, I supplement with a pillow that has cutouts. Every night I use a Knightsbridge chin strap (https://knightsbridgesleepsolutions.com/) which, while not easy in the beginning, I find to be most useful.
