This set has everything you need. As for removing / reapplying the plugs, just go slower and more gently than humanly possible. I used tweezers to pull them back and then basically "push" them back on. You can also bend them a bit if you want to / need to. Alternatively, you can probably just pay someone to do it for you. I got quotes around me in the Chicagoland area that were $100-150 and one weeks time if I brought in all the gear, but I opted to do it myself because I felt like I was capable (even if it made me nervous) and that it was a skill I should have.
