I have the same problem with my phone i bought this external heatsink for because it was relatively cheap compared to the others and it stays very cold. heatsink They are very bulky though just fyi and you have to use it on your phone because it doesn't work the same through the case. They also make cooling cases for phones but they are pretty expensive
