Traits of Writing: The Complete Guide for Middle School (Theory and Practice (Scholastic))

I just bought this book very recently (I’m about halfway through it as a fairly new teacher): https://a.co/d/gPimeNl It’s called: “Traits of Writing: The Complete Guide for Middle School”(Theory and Practice (Scholastic)) by Ruth Culham. It’s been VERY insightful and the scoring guides included make it’s so much easier to understand the writing process. Edit: She also lists various mentor books for recommendation to use with the students.
