This has been my greatest challenge. I bought a wedge off of Amazon and it’s been a godsend. I will link it below. I’m 8 months post surgery and cannot get back to my side. I’m so over sleeping on my back but the pressure and nerve pain has kept me on my back. I also still sleep with my mastectomy pillow. I prop a few pillows on this wedge to keep it comfy and use the round pillow under my knees. Here is the link. I took both round pillows to make the under knee rest. If you want to DM I can send a photo of how I have it set up in my bed with the extra pillows. It’s worked beautifully.
