I think this is a DIY solution only problem. You can buy the connectors https://retro-access.com/product/connector-male-snes/ and solder up your own cables or just buy two 3rd party cables and cut the ends off and solder them together (or even use some WAGOs I guess). You don't even have to solder up all the connections you just need composite video, left audio, right audio, and ground. You could also just solder on some RCA connectors to create your own custom adapter.
