it's hard to say without knowing the exact size but you basically need a ceramic heat deflector with legs on it. You will be able to place this on the ceramic fire box and then the legs will be able to support your top grill grate. It even looks like you have room for the grate to be lifted a few inches. I'm honestly surprised it didn't come with one because usually a small ceramic cooker like this is often used indirectly. You should measure the distance of your cooking grate and you should be able to find a heat deflector that size.
