I have had my eye on the TESmart 16 port switch for a while, but I am currently using 3 different switches. If you decide to get the TESmart one be sure you get the HDMI 2.0 4K@60Hz version not the HDMI 1.4 4K@30Hz version, though they should both do 1080p@60Hz so maybe it isn't a big deal, but there may be other HDMI 2.0 features of the 4K@60Hz version that matter to you compared to the HDMI 1.4 feature set of the older version. Really wish they would make an HDMI 2.1 version. I have two of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J6GJ448 with the first being almost 4 years old now and have zero complaints (other than it not having more ports and not having an HDMI 2.1 version). I picked it because there is actually an open source project to turn a bunch of them into a single 25 port HDMI switch with a touch screen controller https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIJCa2q1oEo, but decided not to mess with building my own (I am working on automating it all via HomeAssistant). I also have a UGreen 5 port HDMI 2.1 model https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CPF4ZQM8 for my PS5, Analogue3D, and Switch 2. It is fine but it doesn't auto-switch or pass CEC commands correctly (which may be an issue with my TV because CEC doesn't work great with the Xbox Series X either and that is connected directly). I am thinking about replacing it with one that auto-switches, but the selection of HDMI 2.1 switches with 5 or more ports is pretty limited. If you are in the market for an analog switch then take a look at the Scalable Video Switch. I want to eventually swap out my current analog switch for one of them with like 8x component inputs, but I want to get a RetroTINK 4K first.

View full size to see the labels. I have two of these HDMI switches and one of these HDMI 2.1 switches for the newest stuff (my TV supports 144Hz and other advanced gaming features) and the GamesCare 6x2 Component switch running into a RetroTINK 5X Pro. This is the system I built up over the past 6 years so if I was doing this all today from scratch I would probably do this HDMI switch and I have been thinking about trying this HDMI 2.1 switch instead (the UGreen one works good but doesn't auto-switch or pass-through CEC commands) and I would get the Scalable Video Switch for my analog stuff and the RetroTINK 4K CE. The TV stand is an Ikea Besta modular TV stand in the 72 inch size. I have also added an Atari 7800+ next to the 360 and moved the MiSTer down by the Xbox.
