I am running the following for the past 9 months https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D7VNGYKQ Works decent enough. Needs the occassional reboot of the adapter and two annoyances are if I enter the car already on a phone call when CarPlay starts up it goes haywire and I often end up having to reboot both the phone and adapter. The other problem is I have the same adpater installed in my sons car and it sometimes pairs to the wrong phone if we are both in the same car (assuming they are named identically but don't see any way to change).
