Walmart has some super cheap microphones that I've found work well. I'm not the biggest audio snob, but if you record via Zoom like I do? It does the auto balancing for you and as long as they aren't screaming into the mic, it's cheap and easy. Most Gaming headsets work fine too for Zoom.
