I try to avoid saying overly negative things about books I try but this was just laughably bad and I didn't make it off the first couple of pages before dropping. This book details Sega's history and consoles mostly from the perspective of former employees of Sega of America and rightly or wrongly, paints the Japanese management as the villains in this story. For some reason Amazon had put this in its recommendations for me and as a Sega fan growing up, I decided to give it a go. I'm roughly halfway through and some of the stuff mentioned I remember reading or hearing about. It's been a pretty entertaining read so far and I'll finish it. Then I'll get to my re-read of Snow Crash and Old Man's War.
