Technically, you can buy a PC splitter cable like this one, which separates the headphone and microphone connections of your laptop's headset jack, but as others have suggested, it is highly recommended to get an audio interface. Those cheap mics will work off of ~5v bias voltage, but they do much better with full 48v phantom power. My recommendations for entry-level audio interfaces are the MOTU M-Series, Foscurite Scarlett 4th Generation (2i2 or better because the Solo's preamp has less gain, though that isn't an issue for your particular mic, just others that you might get down the road), Audient iD range, or the Solid State Logic SSL range. Within these product lines, typically the performance between models is very similar or the same; you mainly get more I/O with higher-end models. As I pointed out, the Scarletts are an exception as the Solo has significantly weaker preamps. If you do absolutely need to go very cheap (understandable since you have a cheap mic), then the Behringer UMC202HD will get the job done (there are even cheaper Behringer interfaces, but I don't recommend them).

If you plug that in as-is the dongle will think you're plugging in headphones. You need to use something like this.
