I found the crtouch to be one of my best upgrades certainly helped with the first layer. Use Elmors glue stick where I would print. Had less problems after ditching the IPA and only use dish soap and hot water. PEI sheet work the best. Increase width and flow first layer. If you are using this style extruder the brass gear wears a groove and clicks and slips. First layer fails. Replace with the steal version that last much longer. If you have the black plastic version buy this works fine with PLA. extruder
