I have been using the following one from Amazon for the last 4 years and I have been well above 80% efficiency. They look like hey are using the same OEM as a few other brands. Just condition your malt and that will help you a heap. The main thing with these or any other 2 roller mill is how you go about setting the gap. The markings on the side are damn near useless. Use a feeler gauge, insert the feller gauge all the way on the edge of the roller for the side you are setting the gap on, repeat on the other side, and confirm the center. From there, hand tightening the eye bolts will not keep your setting secure, you're going to want to hand tighten and then crank down another quarter turn with a wrench or pliers, then tighten down the included nuts to prevent the eye bolts from backing out. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07194KX2W?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1
