You can lose the sit pad. You might be able to lighten your toiletries. Have you looked into those towelettes that you add a little water to and they turn into robust butt wipes? I tried those last trip and saved a few oz on toilet paper. Make sure you're not bringing more first aid stuff than you'd reasonably use. Do you really need sleep leggings, a warm layer, and a warmer layer? You're using a 10 degree bag and a good sleep pad. It's not going to be that cold. Do you really need a battery backup? I've found that my phone will last for almost a week if I put it into airplane mode and only take it out for pictures and reading a book at bedtime. This is really nitpicking, but you don't need a 900 ML mug. 750 ML is enough to rehydrate any meal. I think you might be missing a couple of clothing items. I didn't see a spare pair of socks or underwear on your clothing list. Idk how you roll, but I always bring one backup and one worn. I wash one in the river or lake and hang it from my pack to dry, and wear the other. Your feet and undergarments are going to get ripe over the course of your trip without a change of socks and underwear. Otherwise I'd say you're where you need to be. You're in luck if you're only a couple pounds from your desired weight, don't want to spend any money, and have a month or two to prepare! Just go for a run, a hike, or any other strength and cardio work a few times per week from now until then and your weight will feel much lighter! It's free, and it works. Edit: here's those wipes I was talking about. And here's a cheaper alternative from Amazon.
