They probably just got in a little fight, not a big deal. It will heal just like it would with a person. Just keep an eye on it and make sure it's not red and puffy indicating that it may be infected. Also keep an eye on his eating and drinking, as long as that stays normal, he's fine. You can get some pet wound care to keep on hand. It's just a spray for disinfecting their wounds. I use: https://a.co/d/9zst3bK But I don't think you will need it for this, it looks like it's healing on it's own fine. Never leave unbonded buns alone, even for a minute. They can hurt each other fast.
