I applied Zaino polish to my lenses whenever I did my 06 and it definitely helped, they did start to get a little cloudy after quite a few years but I also don't polish the NC nearly so often as when it was newer (and I was younger!!). Also helped that I had a outdoor parking with afternoon shade at work and since retiring it is mostly in the garage. Your's look great. I used Cerakote's kit and was not real impressed, looked OK but finish was a little streaky. I'm thinking of trying Meguiar's Two Step Car Headlight Restoration Kit.
