Here are some ideas: have you tried moleskin toe pads? These are good to wick sweat. You can also put large stickers(cut to fit) of moleskin on her feet or inside the shoe. I get them at Walmart. There also is thick tape that we call "toe tape" but it's actually waterproof medical tape: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Nexcare-Waterproof-First-Aid-Tape-Hospital-Grade-1-Roll/10890118?classType=VARIANT&athbdg=L1600 If you press on this, it should have a slight give or bounce. This is better than bandaids for protection. 2) have you tried baby powder on feet/in shoes 3) the size of shoes. As parents, we might think that you need "room to grow" in a shoe but it actually need to be pretty tight. 4) the shoe. It might just not be fit correctly. She really should not be sliding around inside the shoe. 5) the shank. Soft shoes may cause more chafing. 6) there are also these small blue gel pads but I can't find them online right now. She shouldn't be constantly getting bad blisters, and you need to work together to try to figure out the exact cause and solve it, rather than just bandaging.
