I haven't done medical grade, because my cardiologist admitted he didn't even know that was a things that helps, so I don't know where to begin with that. I've tried several from Amazon, plus the Jelliebody. The Jelliebody didn't work for me, because it was too tight in the bust but not enough compression for my belly.
