I ordered mine from Amazon, search for "coax demarcation box" and you'll find a bunch of sizes and styles to choose from, like the one I bought: https://www.amazon.com/Weather-Enclosure-Amphenol-Broadband-Interior/dp/B01N4FSKZM/ (Also, what is up with wire nuts in there?!?!?! Those are great for doorbell wiring, not so great for voice or data wiring.)
