If you don’t already have one id recommend the zilla rock lair for a humid hide, that seems to be the fan favorite of Leo’s, also, I got a flukers basking rock hide which is my boys go to regular hide. It easily maintains 92-97° under his dhp and inside sits around 80-86°. Is also recommend covering the sides of the enclosure as that makes them feel safer (even tho there’s only one way to approach them anyways)
The zilla rock lair (left hide) is probably the most popular humid hide for Leo’s, my boy absolutely loves it. But I also bought this Flukers rock hide (front right corner) as his basking platform/spare warm hide and it’s shallow enough that he has chosen this as his main hide. I just swapped to the other 2 hides in the back corner just to give him extra climbing opportunities so I can’t say how those will work out just yet.
Glad you read the comments and made the necessary adjustments! And I hope that I’m not coming off rude, it’s definitely not my intention. All that matters now is that you care about giving the little guy the best life possible and that he lives as long as possible. The new enclosure looks much better. I’d just recommend adding in 1-2 more hides on the warm side. I ended up getting this for my boys basking rock and that has been his favorite hide. I would also recommend the Zilla Rock Lair for a humid hide (medium works well for full grown adults and I’ve never seen a Leo that hates this). I hope everything goes well!
