From the photo it seems you have XLR connectors. You need to get an audio interface that has a suitable number of balanced audio out. The number of inputs is not relevant in this case. Balanced audio outs can be XLR (in which case you could simply connect the cables from your photo to the outs on the interface) or, depending on the model of audio interface, they can be TRS (similar to the standard TS jack but with a ring - TRS = tip/ring/sleeve) in that case you need to get a TRS to XLR converter for balanced audio interconnect. If your interface has TRS outputs, you need to work out if you need to get a TRS to female XLR or TRS to male XLR: TRS to male XLR: https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/GoldTRSXLRM10--mogami-gold-trsxlrm-10-balanced-1-4-inch-to-xlr-male-patch-cable-10-foot TRS to female: https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/GoldTRSXLRF10--mogami-gold-trsxlrf-10-balanced-1-4-inch-to-xlr-female-patch-cable-10-foot Note: TRS is used to carry balanced audio, but it is also used to carry unbalanced stereo audio, which is not what you need. So when you get the adapter, you need to check that you TRS to XLR connector has only one XLR end - not two! The following is NOT what you want!!!! Anything with 2 XLR connectors and one TRS connector is for unbalanced stereo audio: https://www.amazon.com/DISINO-Y-Splitter-Stereo-Breakout-6-35mm/dp/B08SQNH4TH
