In general, both signal strength and quality are important, but quality is more important than strength. 66% strength isn't great, but if the quality is pretty consistently at least in the 80's in that case, the picture will probably be stable for the most part. If KXTX is stable, your FOX problem probably isn't 5G/LTE cellular interference. The first thing you should do is just try messing with your existing antenna's placement/pointing direction, while watching the signal meter numbers, to see if you can make things any better. If that doesn't help, then I would try a more UHF focused antenna, since all the major channels in Dallas are on UHF, including ABC. As shown a little ways down on the https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=station_search&callsign=73701#station page, ABC is simulcast on KFAA's UHF signal, via display channel 8.8. Some UHF focused antenna examples... In that case, you would either get a double figure 8, instead of a single figure 8, or get a four bowtie stack, instead of a two bowtie stack. - https://www.solidsignal.com/antennas-direct-clearstream-4-hdtv-antenna-with-j-mount-c4-cjm / https://www.amazon.com/Antennas-Direct-ClearStream-Multi-Directional-Adjustable/dp/B00SVNKT86 (leave off the VHF part) / https://www.amazon.com/Antennas-Direct-ClearStream-Multi-directional-Installation/dp/B008PBTPOI - https://www.channelmaster.com/collections/tv-antennas/products/ultratenna-60-outdoor-tv-antenna-cm-4221hd (could potentially pick up the https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=station_search&callsign=72054#station VHF-HI signal sub-channels well enough)

Some general antenna information that you'll hopefully find helpful, including antenna recommendations: https://www.reddit.com/r/cordcutters/comments/1juut0a/supplement_to_the_antenna_guide You also need to use a signal meter (built-in feature with many different tv's and external tuner devices), since just looking at the picture and noting the number of channels the scan picks up doesn't really tell you anything about how good your reception is: https://www.reddit.com/r/cordcutters/comments/1g010u3/centralized_collection_of_antenna_tv_signal_meter Note that as shown a little ways down on the https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=station_search&callsign=22819#station page, NBC's current gen (ATSC 1.0) signal is simulcast on WATL's UHF signal, via display channel 11.11. Assuming you want to try something in a regular indoor room first... If you don't care about the https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=station_search&callsign=51163#station VHF-HI signal sub-channels or Peachtree Sports Network, you could try the https://www.amazon.com/Antennas-Direct-ClearStream-Multi-directional-Adjustable/dp/B007RH5GZI / https://store.antennasdirect.com/antennas-direct-clearstream-2v-hdtv-antenna.html , connected with an RG-6 coax cable. The figure 8 and reflector cage connected to each other can sit on a flat surface, without needing the mast, and you can leave off the VHF part. Otherwise, you could try the https://store.antennasdirect.com/clearstream-max-v-hdtv-antenna.html / https://www.amazon.com/ClearStream-MAX-V-Indoor-Outdoor-Antenna/dp/B081D7FSML with separate https://store.antennasdirect.com/clearstream-max-v-and-max-xr-tv-antenna-indoor-base-stand-black.html indoor base stand, connected with an RG-6 coax cable. Also see the Additional Topics->Antenna placement section in that 1st linked post. If you instead want to try something in an attic or outdoors... If you don't care about the https://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=station_search&callsign=51163#station VHF-HI signal sub-channels or Peachtree Sports Network, you could try that same figure 8 and reflector cage antenna or one of the two bowtie stack antennas mentioned at the beginning of the Attic/outdoor options for around 45 miles or less and/or signals are predicted to be around the higher end of fair section in that 1st linked post. The https://www.channelmaster.com/collections/outdoor-tv-antennas/products/metrotenna-40-outdoor-tv-antenna-cm-4220hd two bowtie stack antenna has a little bit of VHF-HI support, if you wanted to make a mild attempt at the mentioned VHF-HI signal. If you want to make more of an attempt at the mentioned VHF-HI signal, you should probably try at least an Antennas Direct Element.

For those that missed it, the OP did post their RabbitEars report: https://www.rabbitears.info/s/2744252 Some general antenna information that you'll hopefully find helpful, including antenna recommendations: https://www.reddit.com/r/cordcutters/comments/1juut0a/supplement_to_the_antenna_guide You also need to use a signal meter (built-in feature with many different tv's and external tuner devices), since just looking at the picture and noting the number of channels the scan picks up doesn't really tell you anything about how good your reception is: https://www.reddit.com/r/cordcutters/comments/1g010u3/centralized_collection_of_antenna_tv_signal_meter With ABC's current gen (ATSC 1.0) channel being a VHF-HI signal that's almost 50 miles away, your best chance with an indoor antenna is probably a next gen (ATSC 3.0) tv tuner, since the ABC ATSC 3.0 channel is using a predicted easier to receive UHF signal. Assuming your tv doesn't have a built-in ATSC 3.0 tuner, see the Additional Topics->ATSC 3.0 external tuner boxes section in the 1st linked post. You could initially try that with your existing antenna, but if that's not working well enough, try the https://www.amazon.com/Antennas-Direct-ClearStream-Multi-directional-Adjustable/dp/B007RH5GZI / https://store.antennasdirect.com/antennas-direct-clearstream-2v-hdtv-antenna.html , connected with an RG-6 coax cable.
