I use an Olfa craft knife in a custom holder I bought from a woodturner at a craft show in Tokyo. The normal craft knife handle is too skinny for my hand and I cramp quickly, but the custom-turned wood grip makes it a joy to use. But yeah, I second your recommendation of NT Cutter. I have that knife you linked, and it's really good. The one that I reach for regularly though is their NT Cutter ABS Grip 30-Degree Multi-Blade Cartridge Knife (A-553P). It's got a sort of rubber wrap on it that makes it easy to grip tightly, and I love the break-off 30 degree knife. The thing that really sells me though is that you can load five separate strips of blades into the handle, and when you've gone through a whole strip, you can easily pull the stub of the used strip out, then slide the tab down to the base and push out a whole new strip without having to disassemble the tool! It basically feels like a bolt-action rifle, and is a joy to use. I saw these being used in a car wrap video, and they mentioned they chose this knife because it holds so many blades and is quick and easy to get a fresh blade into action. (Also helps that the knife is quite inexpensive.) I've bought this one five times now, to keep one at each station in my studio and as gifts for crafty friends. When I bought mine, there was also an NT Cutter set of replacement blade strips, that came in a nice little plastic case that doubled as a blade snapper and reusable disposal container. Very handy. I'm not seeing them on Amazon right now, but maybe you can find them elsewhere if you're interested. (It's the same one that's packaged along with a different knife in this set: https://amazon.com/Cutter-Type-Spare-Blade-Set-AD950P/dp/B00AA3UWFA )
