Another user of tubes mentioned that she does what I do: get the larger 5ml oral syringes with a screw lid on, and pulls the plunger out and empties the entire tube into the big end of the syringe. I think she even used a tube squeezer thing to get it all out. Then gently put the plunger back in a little bit, point the tip at the ceiling, take off the lid, then super gently push any air out of the tip and recap. So all of the tube is now stored in the larger syringe. When it is time to dose then you can take the lids off both the large and small syringes, screw the connector in into the tips, and on the small one pull the plunger back until you get the proper dose. In my case that is 0.5ml. Then unscrew the connector and recap the big syringe. The small syringe is ready to be applied. The gel seems to rub the markings off the syringes after a few uses, so I anticipate being able to use them a few times before I can’t read the lines anymore. Here are the ones I got on Amazon. There may be better /cheaper ones but these all connected easily. Yeah, 5mg/1mL for 1% gel so if you don't want to eyeball it, there's a second step. Here's what I do: https://imgur.com/a/LA6tWDt You can get the smaller 1mL syringes and syringe couplers on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/BeHerk-Connector-Adapter-Transfer-Syringes/dp/B0FB933BVZ It seems complicated, but super easy to draw the amount you need each day. Hope that helps!
