The main difference between TB3 and TB4 is TB4 strictly requires transfer rate of 32GB/s while TB3 could be anywhere in between 16GB/s and 32GB/s. But I have been using this with Rog Ally X and RTX 5060 and it's plenty enough for 1080p 60fps
